A Winter Weather Advisory and a Freezing Rain Advisory. In reality they all mean the same thing, that icy conditions are unfolding over much of the state. Here in Iowa County I am witnessing this first hand, as ice has already taken down some branches and is bending some larger ones, at least on my property. The ice is falling off now but I managed to snap a few photos. You can see those below.
